How long do I retain a pupil’s personal information?

I will retain the following personal information for no longer than 2 years after a pupil’s last lesson:

• Date of birth
• Full address and postcode
• Provisional driving licence number
• Phone number(s)
• Email address
• Learning progress
• Terms and Conditions, signed & dated by the pupil

I will retain the following personal information for no longer than 7 years after a pupil’s last lesson:

• First and last name
•  
• Date of each lesson, cost of lesson, amount paid with method and outstanding amount owed - signed by pupil to confirm the lesson took place

For pupils that have given signed consent, I will retain the following personal information for no longer than 10 years after a pupil’s last lesson :

• Photos of a pupil holding their pass certificate on my website and business Facebook page (both sites have full public access)
• Signed consent
