Sharing a pupil’s personal information

I may share a pupil’s personal information with my bookkeeper and accountant for financial record keeping to enable completion of end of year accounts and tax return. 

I may also disclose personal information under special circumstances, such as to comply with an audit, a summons or when a pupil’s actions are deemed criminal or are in violation of my Terms & Conditions.
