A pupil has a
right in certain circumstances to:
- Access
personal information I hold about them
- Correct
personal information I hold about them
- Have personal
information I hold about them deleted
If a pupil asks me to delete their ‘test pass photograph’ from my website and/or business Facebook page, I will do so.
If a pupil asks me to delete other personal data, I will do so unless:
- I need it so
that the pupil can receive the training they need to help them to learn to drive safely and pass their driving test
- It is required
for legal reasons
- Restrict me processing personal information I hold about them

- Object
to me processing personal information I hold about them
Requests by
pupils can be made via email or during a driving lesson.
